Iam a customer of airtel all of asudden my sim 7022361782 has been deactivated today and they say that take a duplicate sim to change setting why should i when i have an using the sim. Why shoul airtel deativate all of a sudden without info and why are they giving such answer which is irresponsible com0any like airtel its not fair. They have deactivated and they must do it. Because there no reason for deactivating. I dont agree with the airtel people and ialso condemn the act and request the consumer forum to to get activated the same sim and soon iam losing business. Lost money contract everything airtel is responsible. If anything is not decided. Ishall go to consumer court
