I have suffering since last 2 months by Airtel network and it's services ,it doesn't provide any service regarding to my query till yet .and I'm get to much harassed n disappointed by its service and problem resolving activities , I did called from last 8 days several times to communicate n try to get solution of my query but they unable to help me at all and giving so much unbelievable answers like ..your no. is not activate in Airtel service and system has no records of your no.and you also .even though I use this service from approx .about 5-6 years for same no . and for same document proof ,it is totally too much embarrassing to me ..I'm want to get port out from Airtel service so I need their clearance to get new connection but Airtel doesn't give me any positive response n co operation , I called to Airtel customer care services several times but they gave me unauthenticated n unun believable answers n fake commitment for too many times .
I want Justice.
