Earlier i recharged my airtel dth with 1660 for 12 month subscription as per co. At same time i asked airtel representative that if in future i add on pack like my hd pack will the same monthly subscription will continue, they replied it wont affect your existing offer. Than i add the same hd pack
Now the my validity has been decreased to 6 months.
If have called 3-4 time to different different representative of airtel and all of them said the same, latest on 6th of april arround 9 pm.
Now when i called the senior representative today he is saying pls email a complaint to us we will take actiono against the representative but wont able to extend your validity.

My request to airtel is pls take back your dth and refund my money or change my validity as it was earlier.

Your cant cheat a customer who is in a healthy relationship with you for a long period of more than 12 years in mobility and more 5 years in DTH (s).
