Bharti Airtel Limited - Broadband Connection Complaint Rating:   

on 1st of June, I requested for a broadband connection from airtell but instead all what i have got till now is disappointment. first off hire more professionals instead of a bunch of lazy idiots. My Address is T-22, 1201, Paras Tierea, Sector 137, NOIDA. So this guy named 'Madhav' came to me for the assigned job and on 1st he assured me he will get the job done in a day and i paid him 1000 rupees for the same. it has been 4 days since and i still see no progress at all here. I don't want a connection with Airtel anymore. My request is Either my job gets done today itself or tomorrow i want my money to be repaid and will certainly stay away from doing business with shit company. Secondly, I want strict action to be taken against MADHAV KUMAR and his companion KAMAL. these two guys i dealt with and let me tell you they are irresponsible and they don't even deserve to be professionals. Now i don't know where you guys hire from. I had made a previous complaint too and it seems nothing happened and neither are the two guys getting affected of these complaints.
