Bharti Airtel Limited - Billings Complaint Rating:   

Hello sir,
This is with regards to my airtel number 9916927387 billing issue. I had opted for international roaming from the online portal where it just say activate international roaming with a rental plan.other than this there is no information on the call rates. only when I received the huge bill and enquired they sent me email with charges details.
Till today I am asking where all this charges mentioned on the online portal so as consumer we are aware of it, however they never replied to this query.
For collection of payment airtel representative called my family members and me abusing me calling over phone.
Today I got demand notice from airtel.
Airtel is not ready to answer my queries and through way of misguiding charging high bills. Instead of clearing my queries they have followed first illegal and now legal way by sending demand notice.
Left with no option gave to pay this charges for which I should not be.
