I opened MONEY wallet with AIRTEL MONEY.
Now it is merged with AIRTEL payment bank.I CREDITED MONEY SEVERAL TIMES AND MADE PAYMENT THROUGH IT SEVERAL TIMES. IT NEVER ASKED ME MY PIN NO FOR TRANSACTION. 15 DAYS WHEN I TRIED TO RECHARGE MY MOBILE THROUGH IT IT ASKED ME MY PIN NO. THEN ADVICED ME TO GO TO *400# TO REGENERATE MY NEW PIN NO. EVERY TIME I GET YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED.GAVE DETAILS LIKE FIRST NAME. SECOND NAME. DATE OF BIRTH BUT THEIR SERVER KEPT REJECTING THE DATA GIVEN.
SUPPOSE I HAVE FORGOTON MY PIN AND ALSO AIRTEL KEPT REJECTING MY DATA.
THERE IS NO ANOTHER CHANNEL TO COMMUNICATE WITH AIRTEL MONEY HELP LINE. NO ASSISTANCE IS BEING PROVIDED BY HELP LINE WHERE WE CAN TALK PERSON TO PERSON.NOW MY MONEY IS BLOCKED. AND THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY WINDOW TO RETRIVE MY ACCOUNT AND MONEY. PLEASE DO SOME THING NEEDFULL.

MY AIRTEL.APP. SHOWS MY BALLANCE IN MY MINEY ACCOUNT BUT I CANT REACH TO MY MONEY ACCOUNT.
