Since 29days there I am unable to make Voice calls to anyone through my New AIRTEL connection. I have done everything that they asked me to do,even changed the SIM card.COMPLAIN NO.76765652 & 77253698.If we defer to pay the bill ontime we get late payment fee but what to do in this case where I am not provided the service I am paying for?Incase of any emergency I cannot call anyone from my residence.Its a shame that the advertise BEST NETWORK when I bet to differ.I cannot change to a better network as I have a lock in period of 90days.Please help me as I am fed up of writing mails and trying make them understand my problem.
