I get very low Internet speed. Bsnl policy told us that you provide 10 Mbps speed but I didnt even able to gain 1 Mbps. What the hell is this? I booked too many complaints regarding this but no solutions. I am very tired of this. And now I am going to file a complain in consumer court and an PIL in high court. Previously I booked a complain (1D22378418) on 22 April 2016 at 13:56 and bsnl told me that their representative will calls me back but no one called and just simply ignored my complain. Now its enough. Just solve this quary or else I have to book a complain on next stage.

And just give policy which you only able to fulfill. Don't full us by showing fake speed and by claiming fake internet speed. According to your policy Internet speed is 10 Mbps but I never got it.
