Battu Lal Prayag Narayan Jewellers - Gold Jewellery Complaint Rating:   

i purchased a gold jewelry (mangalsutra) hallmarked as 83.3 which is of 20 carret gold mark. Battu lal jewellers charged the rate of 23 carret gold. i asked for a bill/invoice with the hallmark details in it.they refused to mention the gold percentage n not even the hallmark in the bill which was clearly shown in the jewellery. after that i asked for card swipe facility they forced me to pay cash by saying that card swipe will cost additional 250 rs.
they did not provide me a proper bill without any details of what jewellery was purchased and its purity details.
i want to file suit for not providing proper billing details,for forcing to pay cash and fraud of charging for 23 carret and not of the mentioned hall mark.
