Bajaj Finance Limited - Bajajfinance Complaint Rating:   

Regarding personal loan I consulted Bajajfinserv.in. for 4 lakhs. They explained all its process and said you are eligible for 6.30lakhs and additional insurance and credit card is given. These amount you can move to virtual account of Bajaj and use as and when required.
Interest will be charged 14% on used amount.

Now insurance and credit card I have not asked and 6+ I don't asked.

They have given 6.50 of loan deducting 20k for insurance and 9132/- for processing and other changes.

And now credit card is given with charges of member ship fee of 1140/-, where I don't want a credit card. I am totally un aware of it till I get statement.

Before Approval when I asked, for charges he said just say ok madam, I will get reply to your Queries that only 4k will be charged to you not 9k.

If you accept the offer then only I can talk to my manager that to reduce the charges, I accept it saying ok.
He also said you can claim insurance and get your 20k back, he didn't say there will be charged of 450/- per month.
Customer is forced to take insurance and credit card and customer is getting additionally charged for it.

Totally frustrated.
