Worst Company No salary no respect for employees.
No water facility
no Toilet Facility they use public toilet (Girls never join this place)
No salary Axis Director take Original Document of Employees and then never pay salary and if you will ask about salary and rise your voice against such problems then he forcefully make you work and threaten you about legal case because he has your original document.

Culture: Culture of the company is very pathetic all the employees are mostly from Bihar and Director also From Bihar. I am also Bihari but the problem is that he has taken all of the employees who doesn't even have 1% Knowledge
All seems like Villagers,

Director Take 50% Advance from the Clients and then forget about them and if they will ask for website they will start asking for more 50% and if you will not give them they will fill a legal case against the customer because they fill One side Bond With client which is always in there Favor. so be careful and stay away from such company. thug of Delhi And NCR.
