I have asked for the quotation of 1 couple for Manali and Amritsar tour from the company's employee Riya Mehta ,but she send me the quotation of 25500 per couple and for 4 pax but she did not clearly mentioned the total AMT would be 51000/- ,I have made them the payment of 3000rs as advance for 1 couple booking,next day they send me the payment received confirmation mail mentioning that remaining payment of 48000rs should be made in so n so date, as I read the mail and I was shocked,I instantly dropped mail that I have booked for 1 couple only and even call them,but now they are saying it was for 2 couple and we cannot give for 1 couple ,I said ok than refund my amount of 3000rs as I am getting the same package for 25500 rs for 1 couple from other companies ,but they are even refusing to refund my amt.
