Hi I have placed order in india rayban website and made the payment through credit card. I received confirmation mail stating my product will be delivered on or before July 3 2017 and now it's July 6 till now my order is under processing. Customer care representative and officials giving fake promises everyday that they wil ship soon. But still no progress they are cheating with gst issues. And forcing indirectly to cancel the order because cost of the same product increased now.
Please do the needful. My order number 400001603 and I have attached the confirmation mail snippet thanks.
