I had brought smartphone of Asus zenfone 3 Max of model AS ZC520TL from flipkart on 23/05/2017 because of sim alteration from normal sim to nano and micro sim conversion and also non availability of flipcover in market ; i ordered the same in flipkart that's why i kept the new phone for near about 7-8 days on unused condition. Then on jun 3 i started to use this smartphone ; though this phone is having a 4100 mah battery power but from day 1 this phone charge getting expired within a day...even many times within 8-10 hours span....and phone also geeting very much hitted....i thought may be new phone that's why it is happening it will automatically get o.k after few days of use.....but i don't know it is the indication of something very bad thing is going to happening.....on jun 17th night my phone get hannged, by connecting with charger after half an hour the phone got start....but next day on jun 18th (sunday) my new brought smartphone has been completely dead....so next day i visited asus service centre of boibazar , kolkata they told me they will inform me about my phone over mail and phone by next day; yes next day they do call me to convey to my utter disbeleif that my phone has got fluid damaged by that my phone lcd and mother board got completely damaged so i have to replace it from them and the total cost of this replacement is around 9k.....i got completely sttuned as in my memory as per me there is no fluid damaged can be happaned bcoz of new phone i am using it with proper care ,if only sweat which can be contacted with the phone that is also not that much which can completely damaged my smartphone....after all it is a phone not a show piece which i will keep in my wardrobe... after this i had given 2-3 mail on asus official mail id regarding my phone after several attempt the did revert back with their customer representitive that this is fluid damage so i have to give them the repair charge ; lastly they are saying they will give me 10% off from 9k of repair amount...which is ridiculous as if they are giving me some free as i am asking....i don't know how to react to this sitution as no fault of mine after purchasing new phone on 13k then within a month again i have to give them 9k for repair job for their faulty piece and they are making me scapegoat out of this situation.....plz plz help me out of this very bad situation.....flipkart has 10 days of replacement so after 10 days i can't able to contact them,so from first few days asus are playing blame game on flipkart....anyway plz help me from this bad situation......
