Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd - Broad Band Connection Complaint Rating:   

I am an existing Asianet Broadband customer. I wanted to change my existing internet plan, from the current inlimited plan to a lower Plan of 7 GB pet month plan. And for that they are asking me to pay a charge of Rs. 150. The explanation they are giving is I am changing to a lower plan. There is no extra service they are providing for this. Please let me know why I should pay this amount for changing my plan?
