I travelled in this bus of ashok travels (mandsaur group) on 26th of april and my booking was from indore to udaipur at 10:45 pm. One of its offices is located in indore at choti gwaltoli. As i was supposed to arrive approximately by 5:30 am next morning according to information on redbus website. i satisfied myself with the fact that my arrival may delay by half an hour for some or the other reason. I noticed the bus to stop twice in the whole journey combining approximately 45 to 60 minutes of total halt. Now begins the real issue, on the second halt of the bus when i asked the driver politely about the approximate time of reaching udaipur he straight says 7:30 am. As i asked why 2 hours of delay he had a bad attitude of talking, wrong pitch of intonation, impolite, intimidating in nature with finger pointing form of physical interaction . I have never experienced such an attitude from a driver of a private transportation company and no consumer ever deserves to get a bad service followed by bad attitude from the employees anywhere because we pay for the services and our payments fulfill their needs for livelihood. Respect should be mutual and well coordinated with humility and apology.
