ApplyPanOnline - Pan Service Complaint Rating:   

I lost my pan card, so i applied for duplicate/reissued of Pan card on Applypanonline.com, i want to apply & upload the document online only but there's no option for uploading the document so i tried to get refund my money but its same, no email id etc..
I don't want to apply through them, i want refund what i paid.
