ApplyPanOnline - PAN Card Updates Complaint Rating:   

Hi,

I have made request for PAN update request thru Applypanonline.com and I have paid amount for same thru online. its been almost a month and i haven't received my mother PAN card. Here is the tracking no.2019010324751 they have provided however not informative or nothing changed from last 2-3 weeks. They haven't kept any contact or any other way i can reach them on status. They have support link in their website but any request or report we submit will take us to error page.

Horrible and i will wait for few more days and would like to issue lawyer notice if i donot see any response to recover my documents.
