This is a fraud website after making money there is now way you can contact them. No phone numbers, no email id, only ticketing service just for name sake but that will not allow you to raise any ticket.

Asking things that are not needed to get PAN like gazatted officers ID which most common people will not get and dont procceed with steps.

Just looting money from thousands of common people daily without providing service. No way to contact as well. Please ban them and assist to get refund if possible.
