With due respect I would like to inform you that i bought laptop macbook air 2015 in jan 2017 .
One day while using my laptop shutdown completly . While i tried to turn it on it showed a question mark folder on screen blinking .
When i took it to service centre in shimla they said me that its because of moisture that caused a little corrosion on the surface of motherboard .
The representative also said that its not the liquid damage but then again apple doesnt cover the warrenty there .
Sir /maam I ensure you that i took proper care and safety measures to keep my laptop safe . If it would have been a fault of user then i was ready to face the consequences .

The only reason people go for apple product and I went for Apple product is that because of reliability and consumer satisfaction .

Please help me out here , because i am really feeling helpless here and expecting a lot from your support .
