Apple Inc - IPhone 7 Plus 32 GB Complaint Rating:   

I had purchased an iPhone 7 plus 32gb matte black. The logo of apple from back side is overlapping and when I complained about it to the service centre, firstly they denied that it's not there problem and refused to accept my phone for identifying what's wrong with my phone. Than after talking to apple care and after requesting they submitted my phone and after My phone they said that it's an cosmetic issue, for which they are not responsible and they only see the hardware issues the phone has. And they denied to replace my phone. After 10 days I got a call from service centre saying that you can take you phone back Because the problem can't be solved as it doesn't come under there policy.
