I have purchased no 20000 mah powerbank from apnaprice. But what I got is a fake product.
I just wanted to initiate refund and they had a option to. Which is of no use.

Because they don't respond. I will wait for another 5 days maybe. If they didn't respond will be taking this issue to next level. May be police complaint or direct visit to their place and throw product on their face.
