AOC India - Warranty Denied Saying Physical Damage Even Though There Is No Damage In The Physical Body Or Screen Complaint Rating:   

There is a not even a single scratch or mark either in my monitor screen or body. But the company denied warranty saying that, it's physical damage. I told there is no any possibility of customer induced damage. Company people also agreed that there might not be any customer induced damage, but it may be some unknown reason. But the company people failed to find out the exact reason why the monitor become faulty and they say that, there is no any proper technical term to identify the fault and hence they call t as "Physical Damage".
