The company has not provided services in Barcelona and Venice and is refusing to refund the amount exceeding Rs.36000/-
Company did not provide transfer from Barcelona airport to hotel.
Company did not refund charges for 3 train tickets from Rome to Venice for a train missed due to their fault.
Company booked hotel on wrong side of Venice resulting in our paying Euro 46 every time we had to move out.
