Amtrust Mobile Solutions - Vivo Mobile Y 55 Complaint Rating:

I had purchased a Mobile phone (Vivo Y55L - White colour, IMEI 1: 864451032008617) on 19th February, 2017 and also take a mobile insurance policy from AmTrust Mobile Solutions (Certificate No. is 3706072243) for one Year. I have paid a premium amount of Rs. 1429.

Unfortunately, my mobile phone was stolen in Delhi Metro Rail, New Delhi on 14 March, 2017 and I have informed AmTrust on the same day after filing FIR.

Please note that I have submitted all documents through mail as per the Instructions from the Am Trust team. I got a call from Am Trust claim team (Telephone No.022-67447645 ) on 25thMarch 2017 (at 11:00 am) and informed me about the receipt of claim documents. After two days I have received a claim No. AMTAD00174638.

On 3rd April 2017, I received an email from the Insurance company (Am Trust) saying that my clam rejected but they are not mentioned any reason.

Please note that I have not received my claim till date from AmTrust Mobile Solutions.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
