AmTrust Mobile Solutions - AmTrust Mobile Solutions This Insurance Is Not Providing Me My Insurance Though I Have Paid My Insurance Premium Complaint Rating:
i Madhur Prasad have purchased the vivo Y51L Black phone on 27/11/2016 from the THE MOBILE STORE from CITY CENTER 2 and had paid the insurance amount for my new phone to the AmTrust Mobile Solutions for providing me the insurance against accidental damage of my new phone, on 2nd january i have broke my phone screen , and i have mailed this insurance company 4-5times and even called this insurance company but these company is not providing me any details regarding my claim, even i have called and i had talk with Mansi Balsara their customer executive they told me that will call me reagrding the claim but these people didnt turned up to call me. this company took my money for insurance premimum but not providing me any help . please help me to reslove this issue.
