Amount Deducted But No Refund - Payzapp Complaint Rating:   

From my bank account I added 5000 to my payzapp account,,after that I tried to transfer 5000 to my Friend account.it shows transaction is failed..but amount is deducted from my payzapp wallet..already 4 days over..I did not get my money back..I need my money urgent..so many works are pending due to this amount shortage..what to do..I already gave complaint to hdfc payzapp service in tha firm of mail..no response from them..please do as early as possible..I'm ready to give complaint against payzapp in anywhere
