Amazon India - Twice My Prepaid Product Cancelled For Delivery After 7 Days Each. Blocking My 23000/- For About 10-15 Days Everytime Complaint Rating:   

I had ordered a TV from Amazon app. The orders were prepaid as it was a gift.
The order was cancelled after 2-3 days by the seller and a refund was initiated which took a week to reflect in my account.
Thinking of it being a one off incident I again ordered TV, also to save the embarrassment of not sending the gift in time.
This time I continuously contacted their customer care. After the last day of delivery, I again contacted. But to my astonishment, the customer care informed me that product could not be delivered and have initiated the refund, which will take around a week.
Amazon is earning from people placing pre paid orders by blocking their money for 10-15 days and then refunding the amount telling that the product cannot be delivered.
U don't need to have any product. Just block money for 15 days and earn interest.
