i ordered a battery on 14 june 2017. i paid the payment by internet banking . But on 11th july i got a message that the order is cancelled. for near about one month my cash is blocked by the company now they are refunding. i think that this is big scam running by the company. They use the customer money and circulate the money make profit from the customer money and then the give it back to the customer. one more think i noticed that in this type of order they are not providing COD option. My order value cost is rs 6500 so think that if they get 1000 order 6500 x 1000 = 65 lakhs Rs taken from customer and circulate the money for a month for which they dont want to pay intrest for this money. so i request you pls go through the complaint by doing strict enqiry.
