Amazon India - Return And Refund Complaint Rating:   

I had ordered the lether back cover from Amazon on 3/1/2017 and on 10/1/2017 received the product and immediately placed the return request as the product was not correct. The pick up got scheduled twice on 11/1/2017 no one came to collect the item again the pickup got rcheduled on 16/1/2017 and when i called the courier person from the contact number provided he said he did not receive any pickup request. I called Amazon on 18/1/2017 and discussed the sama and the executive told to cancel the itema n schedule for return again and i did the same but no response received. I again called on 21/1/2017 and they told action will be taken agaist the seller and the courier authority but nothing hapened.Can I pleasse get my money back asap. Thank you so much.
