Amazon India - Product Has Not Deliverd Within Time And Yet Not Receive Refund Amount Complaint Rating:
I Prodip Mukherjee had placed an order for "
BPL 80 cm (32 inches) Stellar BPL080A36SHJ HD Ready LED Smart TV (Black) " on 16 October 2017 and the order ID is # 404-3291294-0947558.
After placing the order, I have communicated lot of times with your customer care executives regarding the order & product. They always informed me that the product will send to my address within the time. I also have requested to update the Currier status on the portal so that I can monitor the Currier shipment status through the portal. They always insured that they will communicate with the seller and same thing will be updated soon. (If you want, you can use the voice record which you have been recorded to your system). I go through the Currier website but the site is so bad and I cant track the shipment status.
The schedule delivery date was 26 Oct to 31 Oct-2017 but yet not update any schedule.
I hope that you will take necessary action against to the seller and the customers care executive who were always given me the wrong information of the order.
