Amazon India - Non Delivery Of Product After Order Complaint Rating:   

I had ordered one water purifier through Amazon but after scheduled one week also my product is not getting delivered. On there website its still its showing product is on its way and will get delivered by 11th Sept 2017 but today its 18th Sept 2017 and one week has passed. When i call customer care they are not providing any information by when product will get delivered. Valve of that amount is 22K which I had paid in advance.Please suggest because they have blocked my hard earned money and giving me mental pressure.
