I am the regular customer of Amazon India from past 2 and a half years, earlier there after sales service was good. Now as soon as they get more reputation their after sales service become totally horrible. I have purchased Nirlon Non-stick cookware of Rs 3823/- order no-(408-0197847-4334756) Ordered on Oct 15, 2017.
I paid online through debit card, when i received the product, it was quite damaged (flaking of the paint was there) so I requested for the replacement. They booked Blue dart logistics for picking up the product but after banging my head with the customer service people the pick up was not happened for 3-4 days & instead of handling this matter, the customer care helpline people asked me to carry that heavy carton to the nearest delivery place (I am staying in outskirt of the city and carrying the product to the logistic people was next to impossible) instead of asking their business logistic people for picking up. When I shouted on them, afterwards finally one customer care representative arrange for the pickup and finally the logistic people arrived and picked it up.
When we got the replacement on 15 Oct 2017 I again received damaged package alongwith the damaged product. Instantly I requested for the return pickup and demanded to refund my amount. But the same story repeated again that till date nobody came for return pick up and everyday I am banging my head with Amazon Customer representatives but not getting any solutions instead they keep on repeating the same story. But as they are dumping customer's genuine problem I am loosing hope on Amazon as there is nobody to rectify the problem, they are just playing with the customer's sentiments.

I would like if you can help me out and take necessary action against them as they are least bother about the customer problems and to fix the problem at the earliest.
