Dear Consumer forum deptt,

My self Sanjay Shee, residing at F-203, 1st Floor,Sherawali Apartment, 8/A, Roy M.C.Lahiri Street, Serampore, Hooghly,Pin-712201(WB) purchaed Naaz ladies bag for Rs.305/- on 14.02.2017 at.5.17 PM vide order NO.(#405-0115682-0687507) which is sucessfully placed. But I have told several times to Amazon india customer care no.1800 3000 9009 regarding status of my order, when can be delivered or despatches, through SMS, 2nd March 2017 will be delivered. But now he told me that material has not been send to my house due to transit.That amount for Rs.305/- to be refunded within 2-3 days ,but surprisingly an amount for Rs.305/- has not been credited to my bank account till now.

Sir,you are requested to please help me in this matter and do the needful.
