Amazon India - Moto G4 Plus/ They Manipulate Me Complaint Rating:   

I call Amazon customer care of know about the offers then that aggent told me if I make a payment with hdfc bank credit card then I will get 10% cash back after 5 minutes I placed a order of 2 motorala g4 plus and I pay 27998rs with my hdfc bank credit card. Next day i call to Amazon customer care this time the agent said to me no here's no offer for hdfc bank credit card so you are not eligible for any cash back. After some time a again call nd register a complaint for manipulate me or give me wrong information then they said they take action against that agent who gave you wrong information but you are not eligible for cash back or any compensation.
But i want my cash back of 2800rs
