Amazon India - I Am Complaining About Less Information Of Products Complaint Rating:   

Respected sir,
I have purchased a cellphone coolpad cool 1 from Amazon India online market.
They do not give exact information about OTG support cable, like which type of OTG cable this phone support in it.
Whereas they clearly mentioned information about processors, camera, display etc.
Due to this lackness I have purchased a wrong product which needs more money to buy an OTG cable.
I have submitted screenshot regarding my Amazon order details.
I have requested to Amazon customer service several times to refund my money & take this cellphone back, but they totally deny my request.
My respected sir please help me and pardon for my grammar mistakes.
