I have placed an online order for HUL pure it classic 23liters water purifier through Amazonindia website. on 8th of this month I have received the same with damaged condition and also one part of the product is missed condition. Further I have consulted the Amazon customer care executives and they are responding very badly. They are quoting now that the product has to be returned by me and they will not provide any return pick up option. as we are not familiar with packing experiance of such big items, it is very difficult for us to do so. Even after number of requests from my side as amazon is responsible for sending damaged item with missed parts, they are not at all responding positive and the entire expenditure for sending back the product including the packing cost should be borne by me and they will reumbarse an amount of Rs. 100 for the same.
Based on above I am requesting you to consider my request to resolve the issue without any loss to me.
