Amazon India - Cl London Pink Loafers Complaint Rating:   

I ordered one item from Amazon .In on 30th of March 17 and it was promised by Amazon to be delivered on 31st March 17 but till date I.e. 4th April I have not received the order. Amazon is not resolving the issue and are delaying the delivery every time I am calling them. With no good reason and putting the blame on me. They say it's not in their hand the delivery part but it's Amazon courier service only. They are not giving me proper reason for delay stating that it's internal thing and can not share with user . This is happening from past 4 days.
