Amazon India - Apple Pencil Complaint Rating:   

We purchased an Apple Pencil from amazon India. They sent us a block of wood covered skilfully in the packaging and branding of Apple Pencil. On complaining, they conducted an “investigation” and concluded that they had actually sent us the correct product. Now they are not refunding our money, and they are not allowing us to exchange. If they believe they sent us the right product how can they not let us exchange? Photos are attached of the wooden block.
