On 6th Mar while browsing amazon.in application ,I was going through the prime video (since there something many ads)and it directed me to some other app and asked me to download it .when I was browsing it ,I recieved a sms from bank that 14.95 usd charged by audible an Amazon company .
I was shocked how come without any prior permission this has happened ,also I have already bought prime member ship on 26th Feb .
Post this incident I have been writing mails to amazon.in and audible both but not getting any resolution where as money has been charged from my credit card.
There has been more then a dozen emails till now and for the information for me it's just amazon.in which exist and no audible .
