Hi this is praveen I purchased Samsung on 5 pro gold on Jan 7 2017. I paid the amount 7990 by using hdfc debit card.. The amount was not debited at that time delivery boy told to me amount was not received so we are not able to handover you are mobile. After 4 hours the amount was debited .. The next day I was asked the delivery boy he said again i have to pay the amount so again I pay the amount by using of kotak credit card the amount was debited delivery boy handover the mobile to me.. I raised complaint for my first debit issue but Amazon was not responding properly hdfc bank also not responded properly since 2 months.... So please solve the issue as soon as possible take an action........any quires please contact this number 9502046040, 9000243424Thank you
