Amazon India - A DSLR Camera Complaint Rating:

The product name is Canon 80d
Product refund is Rs 67,999
Courier refund is Rs 2600
Sir first of all They troubled me by sending me a wrong product after waiting for so many days They told me to do a self return by my side and told me that there is no pickup available in my location so i agreed with their statement and told them that i will send it. So i sended the product on 18th march and product was delivered on 22nd march 2017 to their amazon warehouse located in ahmedabad then i gave them a call on 23rd march for my refund of product and courier charges refund then they told me that the courier reciept is not valid then told me to provide a written confirmation from the courier department i did that also now when i called them to get my refund initiated they are telling me that the stamp is not proper now.
Many fake promises was also done from their executive that the courier and the product refund will be initiated that time didnt told me that there was a problem with the courier reciept .
Calling their customer team many times was not helping me they were contionously giving me trouble to go to the courier department and bring the related information. So please consumer court help me with my refund
