I have been cheated by a travel agency named as "Amazing tour" and a travel agent named Ruhani. They offered a good package for darjeeling tour with my family and assured a good service. All communication done through the email id

[email protected]. But after taking Rs 25000 advance they started cheating. At first they kept their phone switched off. Then after calling so many times they sent some fake hotel booking details. Also no cab arrangement done by them. We trusted them and reached darjeeling. After reaching they cancelled the package verbally and also didn't send any refund. It was a big harassment my senior citizen parents and other family members.
