Amazing Tour - Travel Agency Complaint Rating:   

I have been cheated by a travel agency named as 'Amazing Tour'. They offered a good package for Mahabaleshwar tour for RS.11000 with my family. I paid them 7000/- as advance booking amount but after taking the advance they started cheating. At first they had not picked up my call, now they are saying me that hotels are costly and we need to pay more. I argued with him and asked him to refund my money, but he is not doing so. Please look into the matter.
