I hv ordered an earphone but they have sent me an charger and both the websites and also the sellers are not responding to my request of replacement ... and are just denying ... they are just passing time it's around 1 month since I ordered the product and are just delaying .... every time I try to call them they promise me to solve the problem but not taking necessary steps to solve the problem
