I am using a Aircel sim 7615913535 and company charge me(Rs. 30 so many times) for gaanakhazana.com service. I called their customer service and they dont behave in positive manner and says that this service was activated via online ads and literally I din't turn on my data connection. So how could it be possible??? They says its non-refundable.... I never respond such calls/msgs or emails and never click on any ads. Then how is it possible?? Company is not responding audits a fraud they are stoling money from customers for no reason.

Suresh Burdak Hello Sir, What do you mean by "the MOBCGK30 Service was activated in your account after your due consent" ???? I contacted your customer support, they says that I clicked on online Ads on 25th Feb 2017 at 22:28PM But Literally my data connection was off at that time. Its not a acceptable answer from you. However I have complained on Consumer Helpline government website to look into this. Please do not say "onetime service gesture waiver " It is my Money and I have rights to get it back. Hope you understand. And this is not first time, I was charged Rs. 30 so many times and Rs. 128 also one time. But this time I decided to dig it up for resolution because I am pissed off you guys for such unwanted charges. Also please HIRE new and professional customer executive as your customer executive told me "Sir app bewkoof hain jo online Ads pe click kar dete hain... ab ye btao ki aapke man me kya hai?? Paise refund nahi honge". Seriously I wanted to kick his back because of this ridiculous language. If the charges are related to "onetime service gesture waiver ""the MOBCGK30 Service was activated in your account after your due consent" then why your customer executive says that it is for the activation of "Gaana Khazana" service. It mean either you are lair or your customer executive. Please explain.
