I have recharged my aircel number with RS 20.00 top up plan and received RS 14.95 balance after deduction of RS 3.05 GST & RS 2.00 PF (processing fee). I haven't any objection about GST deduction but why the processing fee has been deducted. Why consumers will pay the processing fee? As per GST we have to pay only service taxes and we agreed that. Why we will pay 1% processing fee?
