Aircel - Post Paid Bill
Hi My name is Chandru, I owned aircel mobile number ending xxxxxx3686, and one day I lost my number, then I approached near by aircel store to get back my number but the store person said that the proof is not in my name and so they said they cannot give my number but actually I used that number for past 10 years - then store person suggested me that we have option to retain your number if you change your number to postpaid (indirectly forced me to purchase aircel number) and due to urgency (at that time applied for loan) I agreed to postpaid, when I enquired about migration from postpaid to prepaid they said 90 days time frame is must.
Then, later after 114 days I visited to aircel ambattur store to migrate my number to prepaid, suddenly they said 120 days time frame is mandatory, and I confirmed with customer care (telephone) they said 90 days is enough but store person did not agreed to change.
Then finally I again approached after few months, they asked me to fill migration application form and asked me to come after two days to submit the documents, but I said no I cannot come after two days better you have my documents now and attach it after two days, but they didn't agreed to collect my document (3rd time dragging)
When they have option to migrate prepaid customer to postpaid within few hours, why they need one week of time to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, visiting aircel ambattur store eats all my day time, I need to wait for 2 to 3 hours for completing one request and migration from postpaid to prepaid is not acceptable after 6 PM (usually we have our office timings ends at 6 PM)
After this I received numbers of calls and I attended all the call answered to all their question but so far I haven't received any reply from aircel.
But now a person called me and said, LOK ADALAT case is about to file against you due to non-payment post which will affect your cibil score and you will suffer a lot in future for missing this payment.
Really it is very worse, by knowing my situation and for their business they smartly played a role to convert me from prepaid to postpaid and now they are filing case against me.
