Air Vistara - Payment Transaction
I had made a booking on 11th Jan for travel on 14th Feb in the name of Ms. Shubhangi Agarwal and Gunjan Baliyan. The booking got failed but money was deducted from the account. When I told this incident to Vistara on their Call center I was given an Assurance that I will receive the money within 2 working days which was 13th Jan. Since then I have called on the customer care 3 times in 2 weeks but I'm just given false assurance of getting money back within next 3-4 days. For the record all calls to Vistara customer care are recorded which can be checked for validity of my grievance. I want the money back immediately along with a compensation of equal amount of booking. Also the airline should be fined of committing false assurance and lying for the service.
