The registered address of the Company - ADVETAYA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED given on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website as ""C/O LAKSHMAN PRASAD 053, UDYOG KENDRA EXTN-1 GREATER NOIDA Gautam Buddha Nagar UP 201308 IN".
I have sent a Notice to the Company for giving me the possession of the Plot on the registered address of the Company as mentioned on the MCA website. I was surprised to know that there is No such Company in the name of Advetaya Constructions Private Limited on the above mentioned address. Mr. Lakshman Prasad (mobile no. 7011057655) , who received that Notice on the above mentioned address, informed me about that.
It seems the registered address of the Company given on the MCA website is Incorrect.
